We are currently looking for a Corporate Office Manager to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.

Tasks

  • Design, drive and implement programs, respectively projects
  • Support COO in day to day business
  • Perform local Finance function with guidance from Swiss Finance team and by collaborating with local outsourcing providers
  • Support local People/ HR related processes incl. payroll and onboarding in collaboration with our external service provider and headquarters in Switzerland
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and monitor our external service providers, e.g. be local contact person for our accounting service provider
  • Support smooth and efficient daily operations for Sygnum Pte Ltd, e.g., for asset management and upcoming tokenized products, as well as PSA related products (brokerage for digital assets (inhouse and with service providers)
  • Support Legal and Compliance with audit related matters as required
  • Liaise and collaborate with Sygnum Group Headquarters Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Risk Team (in Switzerland) on various matters

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant financial services industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to advise and influence
  • Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment, including the skill to prioritize and handle ad-hoc requests
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of business ethics, reliability, precision and integrity
  • Full proficiency in English, other Asian languages, such as Mandarin is a plus
